The 399 development in Edgware Road provides a taste of the Orient, a wonderful show home installed and styled with modern and traditional items reflecting past and present roots.

On arrival of the ground floor, 3 bedroom apartment we created a Zen garden which leads you from the street to a decked terrace. A strong, directional pathway leads visitors through a raked, gravel landscape lined with tall bamboos and rippled rockeries. The pathways draws you towards traditional Japanese focal points before you arrive on a calm and peaceful terrace. Throughout the property IYA have continued this calmness by using soft lighting, tonal colours and an inviting feel.
